About

Healthcare should make you feel better.

Let’s work together to reduce your medications and improve your health.

I partner with you to discover why you have a health problem. Then we develop a plan to address the cause.

Here you will be heard.

This starts with in-depth questionnaires and an hour-long visit where I listen to your story.

If testing is indicated, I’ll order it. In addition to standard labs, I also use specialized tests your primary care provider doesn’t. These include heavy metal and mold tests, intracellular micronutrient level analyses, and food sensitivity screenings.

Together we create a game plan. Be warned: to change your health, you’ll need to change your lifestyle.

Are you ready to make that change and feel better?

What We Do NOT Do:

  • Prescribe controlled/scheduled meds. These include benzodiazepines (xanax, ativan, etc), pain medication, and stimulants (Adderall, concerta, etc.).
  • Prescribe lithium.
  • Diagnose ADHD. A neuro psychologist should do this.
  • Diagnose autism. A psychologist should do this.
  • Perform in-depth psychological testing. A psychologist does that.
  • Replace your primary care provider. Sometimes you need in-person visits.
  • Provide urgent care services. See your PCP or urgent care.
  • Provide emergency services. Go to the ER or call 911 or 988.
  • Treat severe medical problems without the cooperation of other specialists.
  • Give free care.
  • See Florida clients with ONLY mental health problems. You must have at least one medical-type problem too. (It’s FL law.) It can be basic, such as tachycardia (elevated heart rate) or fatigue.
  • Fill out paperwork for work or school.
  • Take Medicare or Medicaid.
  • Guarantee results.
