Your mental and physical health are the product of interrelated factors. We combine lifestyle changes, diet, testing, counselling, and, if needed, medication to help you reach your health goals. I am keto and carnivore diet friendly!

You are an individual, not a number. As your mental health provider, I help design a treatment plan for you and you alone.

CONVENIENT CARE
Visits are fully online. Remote visits are via virtual-meeting software that is HIPAA compliant.

Discover
If you’re looking for a help with keto, paleo, carnivore or just a healthy diet, schedule a virtual visit to discuss your situation via a video call (similar to Zoom).

Plan
We work together to create a treatment/action plan that’s specific to you. We use scientifically proven tests to guide strategies. Too much and / or too little of something like toxins or neurotransmitters is the cause of many problems. Testing provides objective data on what that something is.

Act
A plan only helps if you do it! I guide you every step of the way. We monitor your progress, then modify the plan if needed. Membership packages are available.

Do you practice medicine?
Not at this practice.
Do you see people in person?
No, remote only. I use a program that is HIPAA compliant and is much like Zoom. I send you the link when you schedule.
What’s the first visit like?
At the initial 60 minutes visit, I ask detailed questions to get a good picture of you. We start to work on a game plan.
What are subsequent visits like?
We check your progress on the plan. Then we work on ways to help you advance. I support you on your journey. Visits usually last 30 to 60 minutes (20 minutes for mental health with insurance) and happen every 1 week or even every 1-3 months.
What if I have an emergency?
Dial 911 for EMS, or 988 for the suicide hotline. Go to the ER and tell a responsible adult. I do not offer crisis or emergency care.
What’s the cost?
Cash is $150 for 60 minutes or $75 for 30 minutes. You must have an initial 60-minute visit. Memberships are available!
What if you can’t help me?
Results are not guaranteed, and I’ll let you know if I think we’re not a good fit. I’ll give you suggestions on what specialty you should see. I can’t give specific referrals / recommendations.
Do you prescribe medications?
No.
